She is hugely enthusiastic, energetic and entertaining and in her book Men in the Kitchen, published by local company Top That! Publishing, she has put together some great recipes which are easy to make and which taste fantastic. The recipes are excellent for novices or reluctant cooks - of both sexes, and any age.
