Jim & Miggie WyllieThe stories of Cedric the Seahorse have charmed readers with his various adventures. Now, in a new book published this summer, Cedric goes to the circus. Local author Jim Wyllie will be telling us about the inspiration for this new story, and how he puzzles over the rhymes for each tale. Jim will be joined by his wife, Miggie who provides the beautiful illustrations for each episode in the Cedric saga.
